Stacy Stear worked as a 911 dispatcher for the City of Peoria. The City of Peoria denied all of Stacy Stear’s claims. Stacy Stear’s injuries included bilateral carpal tunnel and bilateral elbow conditions. At the time of trial, Stephen P. Kelly was able to obtain a settlement in favor of Stacy Stear, in the amount of $85,000.00, plus payment of all medical bills to be paid by the City of Peoria.
